  • Within Pakistan: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
  • International Shipping: Currently unavailable.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate as Al Andalu is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
